Join us for Hillel’s first Shabbat of the spring semester. Check out the different minyanim and dinner options listed below and join us for entertainment from NYU’s Slam! Poetry team afterwards!

Friday, 2/1/13

5:00 pm.      Orthodox Services in the Grand Hall of GCASL;      

5:30 pm.      Indie Minyan on 2nd floor of the Bronfman Center   

5:45 pm.      Progressive Minyan on 3rd floor of the Bronfman Center  

6:30 pm.      Dinner in Weinstein: If traditional style Shabbat dinners are your thing, join us in the Weinstein cafeteria for a Shabbat feast led by Rabbi Sarna and Rabbi Black. You’ll be welcoming the week with a large group and some great food.

6:45 pm.      Dinner on 5 at the Bronfman Center: Join us for an intimate gathering on the fifth floor of the Bronfman Center, led by Rabbi Dan and Rabbi Jeremy. If you dig an inspirational setting with cool people in a calm atmosphere and pluralism, come hang out!

8:30 pm.      NYU's Slam! Poetry Team performs at the Bronfman Center: The coolest club on campus, NYU’s Slam! Poetry club, is kicking off the semester with some awesome Friday night entertainment. So come sit back, relax, and enjoy some epic performances and who knows, there may even be some free dessert offered as well!

12:30 pm.    Lunch at Rabbi and Dr. Sarna's apartment in Gramercy Green - RSVP here             

1:00 pm.      Turkish Lunch with Rabbi Jeremy and the JDC - 1st floor, BC             

4:50 pm.      Mincha - 2nd floor, BC; seudah shlishit - 1st floor                    

6:00 pm.      Maariv/Havdalah - 2nd floor, BC
