Part Time Welcome Desk Coordinator

Are YOU a college student looking to supplement your schedule with daily part time work?
Are YOU looking to gain valuable experience and learn how a nonprofit operates?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:
• Energetic, outgoing, friendly, and professional, with excellent customer service skills,
• Calm under pressure, able to function well in stressful and fast paced situations,
• Experience in reception and administrative support strongly preferred, 
• Detail oriented, highly organized, excellent problem solving skills,
• Resourceful, able to work independently and as a team player, 
• Able to take directions from, and provide support to, multiple departments,
• Experienced with MS Office, and other computer applications,
• Experience in or strong affinity for non-profit organizations, appreciation for mission-driven work in social justice, community-oriented organization. Interest in Jewish community life a plus, but not required.
